Don’t worry, you don’t have to buy a complete bar set to mix great cocktails.
You’ll probably find everything you need in your kitchen.
To ensure the drink is served below freezing, place the glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes beforehand. If you’re short on time, it’s better to pre-chill for 5 minutes than to use warm glasses.
After the ingredients, ice cubes are the most important element in cocktail preparation.
Don’t use ice cubes that are too small for quick chilling; the smaller they are, the faster they release meltwater and dilute the drink.


Preparation in a shaker
3 cl Vodka
1 cl Cointreau
1 cl Roses Lime Juice
6 cl Madini Grapefruit

Preparation in a white wine glass
Ingredients
3 cl Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin 41.3% ABV
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitter
10 cl Madini Grapefruit
8 cl Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine
Seasonal fruits, e.g., raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, currants, grapefruit peel

Stir the gin and grapefruit bitters until cold, then add the Madini Grapefruit, stir briefly (fold in).
Add the seasonal fruits, garnish with a grapefruit peel, and top up with sparkling wine.
